We have chosen Parcelforce as our standard courier, although their services can cost more than some couriers in the UK, we like to provide you with the best tracking information system and we have found them to be the most reliable in terms of delivery within the service times.

We book our parcels mainly on 24 or 48 hour services, when your product has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail containing tracking information and a link to track your package. If you have any issues after dispatch please contact parcelforce in the first instance with your tracking number. If you would like to arrange delivery for a certain date or would like to give any special instructions please put this in the order note. If you have a particular date that you know you are not going to be able to accept delivery before dispatch, please let us know by adding a note to your order or sending us a message, cost of failed deliveries will need to be covered by the customer.


Please send us a message if your product arrives damaged, as much as we try and package our products to avoid damages, unfortunately this does sometimes happen. We will do our best to resolve this for you as quickly as we possibly can, your order will be repaired or replaced as a matter of urgency. We will only replace damaged items like for like to avoid refund fraud. We will arrange collection of damaged goods, we ask that you package the item as it was delivered where possible.

Handling time:

Our handling time may differ for each product, you can find out what each handling time is under the product description along with an estimated delivery date range. Please note that your product may be delivered sooner than estimated depending on current workload, however we do build, sand and stain each product to a high quality professional finish so our handling time may be longer than other businesses selling similar products.
